Arrival / Departure
Check in after 12:00 p.m. (Noon).
Check out by 10:00 a.m.
Max Occupancy: 6 (six) adults. Please inquire with questions.
Reservations
We use Square & PayPal via our website and accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Must be 25 years of age to reserve and register as primary guest, unless active military.

Rates are per night, and there is a 2 (two) night minimum required. Rates do not include local or state taxes.

Reservations guaranteed by credit card or cash. Personal checks accepted if received at least 30 days prior to arrival date. ($40 returned check fee.)

Must place a 50% down deposit upon booking. Full balance will be required upon check-in.
Cancellations
A cancellation means you make partial or complete cancellation, check-out early without notice, no shows and terminated reservations due to disruptive behavior and/or violation of our policies. We value our quiet setting within B&D Bungalows and expect guests to respect the same. If disruptive behavior is excessive, we reserve the right to terminate a reservation at any time. We encourage open and clear communication.

100% refund will be given if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.

50% refund will be given if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

0% refund if cancelled within less than 14 days.
General Rules
No Smoking.
No Pets, unless pre-approved by B&D Bungalows PRIOR to arrival. A $45 Pet Fee will be applied.
No parties or formal gatherings; Small events (such as a family gathering, etc. must have pre-approval.
We charge a $75 one time cleaning fee per reservation.
Any damaged or missing items will be automatically charged to your account.
