Our rental homes are located right off of I-55 in Sardis, which puts you in close proximity to many interesting areas in Northern Mississippi.

Sardis Lake

Sardis Lake is a 98,520-acre reservoir on the Little Tallahatchie River, 10-15 minutes southeast of Sardis.

There is a campground, picnic areas, playground, hiking nature trails, soccer field, fishing, water sports, and boat ramps.

Oxford, MS

Oxford is home to Ole Miss (University of Mississippi), art galleries, biking trails, ample restaurants, Malco Theater, several walking parks and playgrounds, the Oxford Square, and more. A great place to visit if you're looking for a more 'upbeat' scene.

Sardis is located right off of I-55 between Batesville and Senatobia. It's a quiet, charming southern town, with cotton field-lined highways leading in from all directions. 
 
From Sardis:
Sardis Lake is about 10-15 minutes southeast
Como is 7-10 minutes north
Batesville is 10-15 minutes south
Senatobia is 10-15 minutes north

Oxford is 30+ minutes southeast
Hernando is 25-30 minutes north

Memphis is 45-60+ minutes north
Helena-West Helena, AR is 60 minutes west 
Clarksdale is 60 minutes southwest
